Custom Conference Coverage
Elsevier/IMNG attends specifically selected medical conferences and covers selected sessions.

Selected sessions may include:

• Plenary sessions
• Clinical Poster Sessions
• Disease-state specific presentations
• Therapeutic category specific presentations

Or Elsevier/IMNG will provide comprehensive in-depth coverage of a specific meeting with articles and key thought leader videos that provide a variety of balanced, independent content.

Delivery of Content
Elsevier/IMNG will provide 3-7 articles per day depending on the size of the meeting. Articles will be approximately 350-500 words in length and will be emailed to the client 24-48 hours after each meeting day, or after the close of the meeting.

The Daily Video
A minimum of one daily video is included in the custom conference coverage features a key thought leader discussing a topic that he or she presented during the meeting.  The client may recommend thought leaders for the daily interview or Elsevier/IMNG will identify faculty to interview. Depending on the rules/regulations of a specific scientific meeting, videotaping may or may not be allowed.

Posting to Web
Elsevier/IMNG will deliver the article content via email and the video content via FTP site to the client.
