Combination rates for advertisers who place the same product, same size ad unit in the same issue date of Family Practice News and Internal Medicine News.  Advertisers receive discounts that range up to 31% off the individual black-and-white rates of each publication and color discounts that range up to 22%.  Please refer to the 2008 PowerBuy rate card for details.

Women’s Health PowerBuy
Combination rates for advertisers who place the same product, same size ad unit in the same issue date of Family Practice News and Ob.Gyn. News.  Advertisers receive 12% off the individual black-and-white rates of each publication as well as 10% off color.  Offer applies to full-run ads only.  Please refer to 2008 Combination Rate Card for discounted rate schedule.

New Product Launch Program
Place your new product launch unit in six (6) consecutive issues of Family Practice News and get the sixth (6th) insertion FREE.

  • Only new products or line extensions are eligible for this program.
  • Pre-launch ad units are not eligible.
  • Launch ad unit must be same size for all five insertions.
  • Free ads do not count towards frequency.
  • All IMNG combination discounts apply.
  • Launch Program cannot be combined with Continuity Program.
  • Advertiser must pay premium position charges on free ad unit.
  • Full-run ads only.

 

Continuity Discount Program
Select One Program Options (Programs cannot be combined)

  1. Run twelve (12) insertions for the same product in Family Practice News during 2008 and receive the 13th insertion FREE.  Insertions do not need to be consecutive.  Premium positions qualify for free space only; premium charges still applicable. Free ads do not count towards frequency.
  2. Run 22 insertions for the same product during 2008 and receive the 23rd and 24th insertions at no charge.  Varying ad unit sizes will be averaged to determine free ad unit.  Premium position charge still applicable on free ad.  Free ad pages do not count towards earned frequency.

 

King-Four Plus Discount Program

  • Convert any 4-page or larger A-size ad unit (insert or ROB) to a high-impact king-size ROB unit at A-size ROB ad rates!
  • 4-color charges included in price
  • 5-color ads subject to additional color charges
  • Full-run ad units only.
  • Applies to any Combination Buy.

 

Double Impact Discount Program
Extra Impact with Cost Efficiency
Run two insertions for the same product in the same issue of Family Practice News and the second advertising unit is discounted 30% off earned black-and-white rate.

  • When ad units differ in size, the 30% discount is applied to the smaller ad unit.
  • Full color charges apply on both ads; no position guarantees.
  • Can be used in combination with King-Four Plus and Continuity Discount Programs.
  • Program applies to full-run ads only.

 

IMNG 2008 Prepay Parameters

  • Prepayment for six (6) months of ad space will earn a 4% discount on space and color.
  • Prepayment for the full year will earn a 5% discount on space and color.
  • Prepayment program may be used in combination with Market Combinations, King-Four Plus and Corporate Discount Programs.
  • Prepayment space non-cancelable.
  • This program is in effect for calendar year 2008.
